When you are talking about "stress at work" you may be talking about the stress caused by your job or about how stress is "at work" on you and your body. Stress can affect your physical and mental health in a variety of ways.
Stress at your job can come from any number of causes. It may be that you and your co-workers are expected to meet unrealistic deadlines and goals. Often, these people spend more time trying to impress their boss than they do doing their job. That can be very difficult to deal with and stress you out if you let it.
